At Online Fabric Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or fashion accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, uncut fabric or unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
